Returns Policy
We hope that you don’t experience any problems with your order but we understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us. Please follow the instructions below and we will be happy to process your return for you.

Should you wish to return an item for a refund, please follow the instructions below.

In order to return an item to us you must first email us at returns@omronwebshop.co.ukstating your order number and request a returns reference number. We will then send you an email detailing your returns number which you will need to enclose with your item when you send it to us along with your contact details and request for either a refund or exchange.

All returns must be sent to us by recorded delivery, omronwebshop.co.uk are not responsible for any costs for returning items.

Once we have received your item we will process your return request and advise you when your exchange or refund has been authorised. Where a refund is required the payment will be returned via the original payment method used.

Refunds or exchanges will only be authorised if the conditions below are met

1 – Item/s must be returned within 30 days following date of purchase
2 – Item/s must arrive in their original condition, unused and in the original packaging
3 – You must comply with the returns procedure detailed above
